Freedom First Coffee's Founder Blend is a blend of Mexican and Peruvian organic coffee beans. We use a unique roasting process using Victorian Era First Roasters, which brings back the forgotten art of coffee roasting. Using these roasters, we roast only the finest beans in perforated drums over an aopen flame, which carmelizes the sugars when the fire comes into contact with the beans. While this is an extremely tedious process, it creates the perfect coffee experience that cannot be duplicated.
